My first session was lovely. My new therapist assuaged my anxiety immediately. I’m comfortable and looking forward to my next sessions. I highly recommend LifeStance.
The booking was good and my virtual session was good. It is nice working with Teri online and in person. Just a few freezing moments online but other than that it went well. Hopefully the freezing won't happen again but I still understood everything being said.
Easy to contact with quick email responses. Appointments easy to make and timely! Counselor comfortability was immediate, and I felt heard.
Theresa was very kind and professional. We made a lot of progress in the first visit including getting all of my paperwork completed .
