Shelby is such a sweetheart! We had a brief misunderstanding, but we were able to clear it up with open communication. She’s truly the heart of the team—always showing up with a warm and welcoming spirit for every service and extras! This was my first time ever having a lady technician and she does her job WELL! She has combated a few pest for me and I haven’t had any problems from those previous pest.
Shelby told us what she would do and what she would be looking for. She also told us what applications she would be using. After application, she reviewed the report with us and told us that we didn't have spiders and bugs. Keep up the good work Terminix and Shelby!

My inspection appointment went very well. Perry came a day or two early, which was best for me. He came in and inspected the entire house inside and out and gave me his honest opinion for my situation and didn't try to sell me something that I did not need.
