I've lived here 11 years and I love living here and its a beautiful building inside and out. There is security around the clock so I feel safe living here. The neighborhood behind the building is safe with friendly neighbors. My neighbors in the building are friendly. There's a community room with a social service worker and a computer learning center. I, also, have a beautiful view of the city and Delaware memorial bridge from my window from the back of the building. I give it 4 stars.
The landlord has a bad attitude it have bed bugs in the building my little cousin got bit and so did I I couldn't stay there nomore they are not safe at all I wouldn't recognize nobody to live there it,s has bed bugs bad. and it has a lot of roaches it,s not a quiet place to live.
I was at terry apartments and I like the place but one problem when I went left my family member room we got in one of the elevators and when we pressed number 10 it went up and the stop at that floor and I was wondering why the door wasn’t open and it opened like they need to fix that elevator it’s so weird
