First meeting was very calming and I felt as if she was one of my friends just sitting and venting within the first 5 mins I just started crying and she made me feel safe and not judging me I am 60yrs old and I have alot of baggage and its not gonna be unpacked in one meeting I look forward to my next meeting in two weeks I really felt I could have talked for hours with Tessa I do want to say WE ALL are here for a reason and if you haven't been told lately or ever YOU MATTER as do I and we can't change anything in our past B... read more
I felt more like I was talking to a friend rather than a therapist. It was so easy to open up, as I felt listened to and understood from the very beginning while also being given some great tools to utilize in my daily life. I am already looking forward to my next session! Highly recommend!
