Completed a CT at Teton. Great staff start to finish. Before I left the premises, I completed a form requesting my images be sent to the specialist I was seeing in 3 weeks. Day before my appt I contacted the specialist, nothing received. Spoke with Teton. Said for some reason it wasn’t done. They’d get the report faxed over and send a disc via snail mail. The service was fine for my 36-week ultrasound. It would have been nice to see an image of baby’s head or face, or have some explanation as to why we couldn’t. Mom & dad were both excited to “see” baby.
I was referred to The Vascular Institute after my previous vascular provider closed their business at the end of the year. I can't be more pleased with the service and treatments that I have received from everyone here. Dr. Malcom, Joe R. (PAC), Vanessa S. Ok, To the mamo tech and ultrasound tech and front desk girl who worked on Friday 5/24/24 ...YOU ARE AWESOME!!! ( And everyone else I walked by while there was very friendly also ) I am from Oregon and long story short, it's been 19 years since I had a mammogram. My gynecologist recommended this place because the cost is lower for the uninsured. Needless to say I was not looking forward to this visit. I had an MRI done there last week. The clerical staff was great and my MRI Tech was very friendly and professional. Compared to my last MRI at a different facility. This was five star highly recommend.
