I was referred to The Vascular Institute after my previous vascular provider closed their business at the end of the year. I had an MRI done there last week. The clerical staff was great and my MRI Tech was very friendly and professional. Compared to my last MRI at a different facility. This was five star highly recommend.
Superior service for yearly mammogram. I had a phone call within 24 hrs for diagnostic mammo and ultrasound . They were very thorough wanting to make sure they didn’t miss anything. And the mammo tech is very good at what she does. Courtney did great too. Hopefully they get the results quickly to my Dr. as promised.
Ok, To the mamo tech and ultrasound tech and front desk girl who worked on Friday 5/24/24 ...YOU ARE AWESOME!!! ( And everyone else I walked by while there was very friendly also ) I am from Oregon and long story short, it's been 19 years since I had a mammogram. I called today to get a quote for an x-ray of my wrist. i was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I then called back twice and they don't answer their phone. Bad customer service and inconsiderate behavior. Don't do business with this place.
