I had my anatomy scan done here and my husband and I loved our experience! The technician answered all our questions and explained thoroughly what we were looking at. She was very friendly and printed several cute ultrasound pictures for us.
Every time I have had to come to Teton Radiology, the staff has treated me great! They are kind, professional, and communicate what they are doing. They allowed me to do payment plans when I needed to. I will always recommend Teton Radiology and come back to them when I need it.
Worst experience so far the lady that did my ultrasound was very rude killed my experience this will be my last child and my daughter and husband came to my last appointment to see the baby and she was not very nice didn't answer any questions she made me feel like I was an inconvenience and she rushed me through the appointment even though I was 10 minutes early and they didn't even get me in there until 20 minutes after 3:00 when I was supposed to be in. Their Rexburg location is worthless. They have submitted a bill to my insurance WRONG 3 times and now sending me to collections.
If I could leave them a minus rating I would. The people answering the phone in Rexburg to schedule are just flat out rude, ALWAYS. I had a family member show up on time, sat for an hour and never had the MRI done. Authorization and everything is in place. For whatever reason they couldn't figure out the authorization. We will NEVER be using Teton Radiology again
