The tech and procedure was fine. but the billing/insurance system is the worst I've ever seen. I called my insurance a while ago because I saw that my claim was denied. they told me it was because the Teton did not submit the correct code but they told the provider to resend it and it should be resolved soon. fast forward around 2 months later it still showed denied. Normally, when you go to a doctor, they'll run your insurance then send you a bill. If the bill isn't paid, most offices will call to find out what's up. These guys didn't sent a bill and made no attempt to contact me. They have my address, my phone number, and all the info anyone could need. But the first I'm hearing about a past due balance, nearly a year after my appointment, is from Bonneville Collections. If they had made any attempt to contact me, I could have easily paid. Worst experience I’ve ever had!!! Sent my unclear images to my doctor and the doctor could not see anything, then they still made me pay for NOTHING to be seen. My doctor even called them to try and get the price down and they would not compromise at all. I literally got SCAMMED do not go here!!
My experience getting ultrasounds done there was genuinely good and I loved it. The tech was very kind and great. My low rating however goes towards their billing and insurance system. At my first appointment I had email my insurance information. A few weeks later I was billed, but the cost was suspiciously high. I called and found I had no insurance on file. First off, this place is the most dismal, sterile, depressing office I've ever been in. 2nd, the front desk help was TERRIBLE!!!! Far less than helpful!!! The gal had a terrible attitude & didn't care about anyone in the office. She didn't enter my husband's current information in correctly, which we filed or on the day of the imaging... then, after several calls to try to change it... not one bill was even sent to our current address... which we've lived at for 7 years!!!
