The radiologist was so kind and amazing! The secretaries not so much. When I checked in, she had her AirPods in and was on her phone. I called today about if my MRI (that I got a few days prior) would be available soon as the radiologist said it would be done quickly, so I called and the secretary (I think her name was Maria or something) was so rude and impatient on the phone. Do not use them please. I had a scan In January that was 100% covered by my insurance but then in April I get a bill for almost 500 and threats to go to collections. Insurance verified they did not submit the right medical coding when the Teton submitted it causing the issue then I get the run around trying to get the billing re submitted and cleared up. These people do not care about there patients as that was obvious on my visit when they used very hot liquid on my stomach for that scan and caused deep red marks, when they... read more

The tech and procedure was fine. but the billing/insurance system is the worst I've ever seen. I called my insurance a while ago because I saw that my claim was denied. they told me it was because the Teton did not submit the correct code but they told the provider to resend it and it should be resolved soon. fast forward around 2 months later it still showed denied. Normally, when you go to a doctor, they'll run your insurance then send you a bill. If the bill isn't paid, most offices will call to find out what's up. These guys didn't sent a bill and made no attempt to contact me. They have my address, my phone number, and all the info anyone could need. But the first I'm hearing about a past due balance, nearly a year after my appointment, is from Bonneville Collections. If they had made any attempt to contact me, I could have easily paid. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Every comment about being billed innapropriately is absolutely true. I have Blue Cross AND medicaid, never recieved any notice that I had a “balance.” Instead $300 was sent to collections. Also the person that did my ultrasound was clueless.
