My step dad is elderly and disabled. He got a truck tittle loan that he struggled to pay off, but paid off none the less. You guys are giving him a hard time getting his tittle even though he paid the loan off! YALL originally told him the tittle wasn't there, its at the bank.. then YALL said they didn't know which bank it was at when he said he'd go get himself! Why are you guys trying to take advantage 🤔 of people like this when HE kept to the terms of your outrageous predatory agreement? How many people have you all done... read more
