This place is a complete and TOTAL SCAM. We did a car title loan with these people and I was told specifically by christy that it can be paid off in full online, so I did. The payment seemed to go through. Now, almost a week later, I found out it didn't, and the manager, norma, tells me that in-full payments are not allowed and now I owe much more money even though christy specifically told me to wait a few business days for my payment to process. Norma was incredibly supportive today when I felt I had nowhere else to turn. She carefully explained the terms of my loan and early repayment options. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a predatory lender; instead, she was transparent about the loan agreement and answered all my questions. Her personable approach made working with her a pleasant experience, and I would certainly return.
