I had one of the worst experiences in life. It’s a lady name Meagn that works there will give you misleading information. Said had told me i had got approved than they said i would have to put a lien on my car title which i did. This was on 09/15/25 i get there to there office & she tells me o your not approved keep in mind i put a lien on my car title i just now got my title back 10/17/25 i had a few buyer in between that time fame. Im still looking into if this even legal to take someone title & not give them money.
Megan was very helpful. She explained the loan process thoroughly to make sure I was aware of the steps. I’ll be recommending colleagues to this location.
