The process is so smooth and easy. They explain the loan documents and walk you through it. Exceptional customer service and highly recommend when in a pinch or need extra holiday funds.
Juliana and Jecica were very very informative and most importantly patient with me in being my first time getting a car title loan. They answered all my questions I had and i felt very comfortable with this process . Definitely would recommend this branch for title loans .
Jessica is so patient I must have asked her the same question a few times, she took her time to explain until we felt comfortable leaving with understanding. She’s very thorough and remembered the conversation we had over the phone. It’s always good to put a face with the name.
