Based on my experience, I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with the loan services provided. I will not be seeking financial assistance from this institution in the future. My urgent need for funds to support my children's back-to-school expenses was not met with understanding or flexibility. The institution's policies regarding late payments are overly punitive.
