I had a great experience at Texas Car Title and Payday Loan Service on FM 78. Gabby really went above and beyond to help me and did everything she could to get me approved for exactly what I needed. This is my second time coming here, and both times the staff has been more than awesome—super friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10, I would definitely recommend them and will be returning again for any future needs!
I went to this establishment to relieve a financial weight. I paid it back within 30 days and due to inexperience and carelessness, I had to take my title and have the lien removed myself. I paid 33.00 to have my title cleared then find out it requires an application that I also had to pay a fee for!!!! Needless to say I have waited two weeks for my title back, now to find out today I have an additional 3 to 4 weeks to wait. They didn't even offer to refund me the fee they were supposed to pay!!! This place is a trap. Repeated stuck up liars. They lie about their policies.And when you get your title back. They lie about fees. They have no good customer service. They do not follow through.I'm honor of anything that comes out of their own mouth. They lie to take your money. Whatever you do go somewhere else for a title loan.
