I really appreciated feeling like I was being helped rather than being sold something I didn’t need. The service was fast, professional, and direct. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a short-term loan and a hassle-free experience.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I was repeatedly given information that was later proven false, and every attempt to resolve the issue resulted in more confusion. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, representatives contradicted one another and failed to provide honest, transparent communication. cierra herenandez was extremely helpful. i spoke to her on the phone regarding a couple of questions and she was able to answer all of them! she was super friendly and you can tell she cared about her customers!
Broderick did an amazing job with my loan. Was very detailed about the loan . Didn’t leave anything out. Very patient , kind and professional. Highly recommend him when you go in for a loan .
