I had the Best of experiences with Angel and Broderick at Texas Title and Payday loan .. Broderick most definitely need a raise .. HE IS SO GREAT AT WHAT DOES .. OUTSTANDING PERSONALITY AND GREAT WORK ETHICS … Mrs Angel learns quick and has awesome customer service. I appreciate both of them so much!!!
The manager, Valerie had absolutely amazing customer service! She was so incredibly helpful and very patient with us as we figured out what we needed to do. 100% loved working with her and the company.
I went in yesterday to try to get a title loan, the African American lady was extremely sweet. I had to run & get a copy Of my check stub and when I went back, the Mexican lady I didn’t get her name but she was extremely rude. She offered me $200 by looking at my title. It was the first time I had ever tried doing anything like that but from what I have heard just by looking at the title is not the process. Extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone.
This is a very very reliable Place if you are in need of fast funds at a low payback rate Roderick and the other Staff are helpful thoughtful and kind and i would recommend their services to everyone.if needed give them a try.
