The manager, Valerie had absolutely amazing customer service! She was so incredibly helpful and very patient with us as we figured out what we needed to do. 100% loved working with her and the company.
I went in yesterday to try to get a title loan, the African American lady was extremely sweet. I had to run & get a copy Of my check stub and when I went back, the Mexican lady I didn’t get her name but she was extremely rude. She offered me $200 by looking at my title. It was the first time I had ever tried doing anything like that but from what I have heard just by looking at the title is not the process. Extremely dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone.
Angel was a great helper and was fast and efficient at her job. Everyone was wonderful as well.
They are very kind people and very helpful I recommend this place yall come for Broderick !
