She was patient, kind, and made sure they got exactly what they needed without any stress or confusion. The whole process was smooth, professional, and honestly way better than we expected. Star was great! She explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Some places have you sign contracts without explaining what you're signing but not here. Wish more loan places were like this.
