Has got to be the worst title loan company. No type of customer service. I see there’s a preference to the “type” of people they service promptly. If you’re Latino, don’t work with this location, they will put you last every time. Saying they will help with what you need but as soon as they hear your accent no effort will be put into servicing you.
Seriously worst decision to ever make!!! Do not get a title loan!!! This place has absolutely 💯 no problem giving out loans to anyone and any vehicle, and taking all the money they possibly can from people. The principal fees will kill you!
Tina had amazing customer service. I had never met her before and he’s instantly made me feel lik w we’re family. Very happy I chose to go t when rage helped me without problems and she just rocks!!!
