Got here to pay off loan. Employee at front desk was on the company phone talking to her friends, she asked me to wait as I thought it was a customer on the phone. Nope another customer comes in and she start to work on his because he didn't have all his paperwork and she was waiting for him. That dude was gone why is it my problem that he forgot his stuff.
