I really was hoping I wouldn't have to leave a negative review but this establishment needs attention for sure. Never able to get anyone on the line but they are quick to call and collect. When I need to ask questions on my account, which is current, if the phone is answered I'm told I will get a call back. Just to clarify is that 3 to 5 business days later or is it when it's most convenient for the reps? When I finally do get a hold of someone, it's a different response from each rep. What a shame.
