Busy store Wife and I came in to ask about a title loan, but there was a large line. Still tho was impressed with the manager on how he was able to help everyone in front of us and still make us feel welcomed and acknowledged. He answered all of our questions. Super humid in there tho, everyone seemed to be hot. I didn’t mind the heat. Over all my experience was made great because of the manager! Will be coming back to this place as long as he is here. Came in to inquire about a loan. It’s a busy store alot a-lot of people in there for only one manager. My husband and I were about to leave but somehow the managers still made us feel welcomed and helped us after he finished helping the other people. Carlos the manager was working hard and was able to help everyone. Great customer service and despite NO A/C we left feeling better about the loan agreements. Carlos was an amazing manager, by far the best manager I've had help me with a loan. He works so hard, guided me to pay off my loan, and helped my husband as well. Only complaint is that this office is toooo HOT. The ac has not been working for the past two times we have gone into the office. Carlos the manager sweats and works so hard as If he is working out in the sun. This man is amazing. Come see him if you need help with a loan! Just bring a fan! The heat is worth it!
