The manager, Lucia , was very helpful. Was a little skeptical considering that we had to drive all the way for schertz to seguin and out credit wasn't so good but my wife spoke with Lucia and she was very understanding and most of all a caring human being she help every step of the way to get us what we needed for our family and we appreciate her care and concern .
