Amanda is absolutely rude & very impatient with her customers. This company does not have a regional manager or a corporate number to contact someone higher up than the employees at the location. Your branch manager should not be allowed to hang up in a customer face because she does not like corrective criticism. The behavior I experienced from her last week & today is disgusting.
