The guy was nice but the process for someone to get their car back once paid is so stupid. I mean it takes a week to get the car back and they dont gad cause you paid them already so they could careless what happens afterwards. This process is not a good one so folks yall need to pay your shit on time if you don't want to deal with a headache. Literally it's worse than job hunting.
