The fact that I ended up spending money to get my money was truly upsetting and just ridiculous. I was told I could get my money free of charge at Wells Fargo but that wasn’t the case. Just had to add that calling the number they provided to call so they could try making it right was a complete waste of time. I didn’t even speak to someone I had to leave a message which again was a waste of time because I’m still waiting on a call back 😒
At the Liberty location Felicia has always been very nice and professional. Kendra, the manager, is EXCELLENT! I have seen her handle multiple clients at one time all while answering phones and being totally professional! She is so knowledgeable and very responsive to any and all questions. Kendra services her customers with honesty and gives them the best option for their needs!
Kendra was a nice lady and very helpful. She was also multitasking and getting others in and out of there in a timely manner. If ever needed again I will definitely be back
