If it had below level star rating it would be that.. They lie about talking to us on several occasions. Be aware when they want to take ur payment via automated monthly pay. They try to tell u the system isn't working to pay in person then the payment goes in via automatically. It's happened many many times. Their excuse is always that they have new workers. They give u info and mixed up info from other people's accounts.. they don't know what the heck they are doing! Who is training them?
Great service by Amanda, the branch manager… Rick I think his name was, dragged his feet to help her and I saw him make a face when she asked for his help to review the account! It was very unprofessional to see on his end especially since he’s a manager.
Customer service was top tier, Amanda was extremely knowledgeable about all of my options and made me feel comfortable to move forward with my loan. She made this so easy for me! Make sure to ask for her when going in...
