I have never in my life been so hot and sweaty while watching a movie. If I pay almost $50 to see a movie with a small popcorn and a drink, yall better cut the ac on! What happened to this theater? Last two times I went there there was broken glass all over the parking lot by the cars. That makes me think there is a lot of break-ins. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy. And the beer prices have gotten up wildly (it used to be less than $5 for a cup and a half and now for the same cup we paid $10) while the service and cleanliness has gotten down low. Took my son and dad to see the Toy Story 5 movie this morning. It was listed online as a “pajama party” I was shocked to see that they had free donuts and sunny d for the kids and we even played a couple of games of bingo and won a prize! Whoever came up with this idea is amazing! We really enjoyed it! I haven’t been to this theater in over 10 years but now that changes! Every thing was nice, clean, and organized. Your employees needed to be told TWO separate times by me alone, who knows who else told them, that someone had locked ALL BUT THREE stalls in the women’s restroom. It took 10 minutes for someone to turn the lights off AFTER the movie started, AFTER my husband had to get up and let someone know. There was also a FLY flying around the projection screen during the entire movie, which was also brought to the attention of workers, and nothing was done.
This was our first visit. Popcorn was not fresh. Didn't like the seating. To lift your feet you were practically laying down. Tables should be able to fold down to get in and out of the chair.
