I have had several surgeries and this staff was by far one of the best we have worked with. They were caring and compassionate. They were extremely helpful and loving. Every Doctor or Nurse that came in my room started off introducing themselves and then asked me how I was doing. I can not say enough good things about this center! Super clean and private. And Dr McGowen is a top tier surgeon for sure! I can not recommend this center, staff and Dr enough. They were all wonderful!
What an amazing experience! I had a full knee replacement yesterday and was greeted and treated so well. The facility is beautiful and easy to get to. I was able to park in the parking garage and walk right into the surgery Center lobby. I was treated with so much respect and kindness through the whole process. I believe that the Joint Replacement Center provided the BEST experience during my shoulder replacement. Everyone was over the top nice. From Keve, one of my nurses, to Dr Beasley the anesthesiologist and Dr Guevera. Christina and the front desk lady were also wonderful. There were others but I didn't get all the names. Everything was explained to the T. Best surgery experience ever.
Dr. Crofford and his team were truly the best that I could have asked for. From diagnosis to surgery, it was a great experience. He was encouraging and we tried multiple things before opting into surgery, but I felt heard at all times. The nurse that helped me after, Crystal, was also amazing. They truly made surgery the best experience it could have been. Thank you!
I have had two surgeries at Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center. Everyone at the center has been amazing - from arrival to departure, each encounter with someone went above and beyond. Even after getting home, the facility checks in, reviews discharge paperwork and ask questions. I completely recommend this center! Everyone is wonderful.
