This is the 2nd time I’ve had a great experience with all the providers at Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center. All of the staff that I worked with personally (Ezmerelda, Nicole, Mindy, Chanel, Tabbie, and Alainai) were courteous, pleasant, and very attentive. They took the time to explain what to expect every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the whole process. A+ facility & providers.
Everybody was very caring and helpful. You could tell that they not only care about their job quality but also the patient. Seemed to me that they went out of their way to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Being a Process Trainer, I could tell that they had the process down pat. Great Team!
I have to say that my experience @ Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center was amazing. My team took care of my every concern and was very attentive to any need or question. The ladies in pre-op and post-op did an outstanding job. They were very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and safe!
This was my first major surgery so I was a bit nervous. The whole team was so kind and professional. If I need another hip replacement I’ll be coming back here. Dr Ogden’s team is top notch. Thank you all so very much.
