This is the 2nd time I’ve had a great experience with all the providers at Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center. All of the staff that I worked with personally (Ezmerelda, Nicole, Mindy, Chanel, Tabbie, and Alainai) were courteous, pleasant, and very attentive. They took the time to explain what to expect every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the whole process. A+ facility & providers.
Everybody was very caring and helpful. You could tell that they not only care about their job quality but also the patient. Seemed to me that they went out of their way to make the patient as comfortable as possible. Being a Process Trainer, I could tell that they had the process down pat. Great Team!
From check in to check out, every phase of my surgical procedure was timed with perfection and attention to detail. Not one single thing to complain about. My surgery was December 26th, the day after Christmas. My fear was getting the "B"- team since it was the day after Christmas. Seriously, who wants to work the day after Christmas? I have to say that my experience @ Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center was amazing. My team took care of my every concern and was very attentive to any need or question.
