I was thoroughly impressed with the entire team! They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. The good-natured people made an otherwise somewhat unnerving process more bearable. They were professional and always checked to ensure my comfort.
Excellent care. All staff from arriving to discharge were excellent. They treat the patient well but also go above and beyond to care for the family. Great job y'all!!
I have had several surgeries and this staff was by far one of the best we have worked with. They were caring and compassionate. They were extremely helpful and loving. Every Doctor or Nurse that came in my room started off introducing themselves and then asked me how I was doing. I can not say enough good things about this center! Super clean and private. And Dr McGowen is a top tier surgeon for sure! I can not recommend this center, staff and Dr enough. They were all wonderful!

I have had two surgeries at Texas Health Joint Replacement Surgery Center. Everyone at the center has been amazing - from arrival to departure, each encounter with someone went above and beyond. Even after getting home, the facility checks in, reviews discharge paperwork and ask questions. I completely recommend this center! Everyone is wonderful.
