I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience during my time at this facility for my surgery. From the time I walked into the Joint Replacement Center, I was greeted by the most friendly and professionally mannered medical professionals. Ezmeralda checked me in in a timely manner and provided me with all of the information I needed from the beginning. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire team! They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the procedure. The good-natured people made an otherwise somewhat unnerving process more bearable. They were professional and always checked to ensure my comfort.
I have had several surgeries and this staff was by far one of the best we have worked with. They were caring and compassionate. They were extremely helpful and loving. Every Doctor or Nurse that came in my room started off introducing themselves and then asked me how I was doing. I can not say enough good things about this center! Super clean and private. And Dr McGowen is a top tier surgeon for sure! I can not recommend this center, staff and Dr enough. They were all wonderful!
Great parking, clean waiting room, very friendly and competent staff. I would have no reservations about returning.
