Dr. Khan is a kind and compassionate physician who takes good care of his patients. However, his office staff is disorganized and unresponsive, which caused me significant stress and financial issues. I visited his office twice for steroid injections, which is a treatment he provides. On both occasions, his staff assured me that no prior authorization was required from my insurance provider, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). I was impressed my first visit with Dr. Khan. The day I showed up for my injection was a completely different story. The nurse had me lay down on the table before I ever saw the doctor. He came in the room and gave me the injection. He talked to me laying down still on the table. I never saw the doctor that day. Very unprofessional! They are in a hurry I guess to get the injections done. Would not recommend this clown to anyone!
Beware of the new Billing Dept they have... Inbox Health. I saw Dr Khan for a long while. He is a good Dr. They switched to a new billing system in 2024 according to the office people I spoke to when I called the main office. Inbox Health brought to my attention of a unpaid bill from May 2024. This was the 1st I had heard of it in March 2025. I called the office they couldn't help me, told me to call the Co they switched to back in 2024. I called and gave them my insurance Co information, date the Insurance paid them, the ch... read more
Dr. Khan, is a wonderful doctor and person, who goes above and beyond for his patients. I really appreciate him listening to me and all his patients and understanding where I and all are coming from when it comes to our pain. I’m a person who has had spinal reconstructive surgery and for someone who hasn’t had to go through that wouldn’t understand the pain that comes with it.
