Booking the appointment was a struggle, no confirmation email, calls not being answered, and very difficult to reach anyone even after escalating via enail. At the clinic, there was excessive waiting and poor management. For my spouse, they didn’t even have the proper syringe for a blood draw, and we were asked to return the next day resulting in more inconvenience and waiting. I have been going to Texas Primary since 2018. Dr Acharya and all the staffs are very kind and understanding. Dr Acharya really gives time to listen, never rushes, even the nurse practitioners are very good. I will continue to see Dr Acharya as he is really taking very care of me. I highly recommend the clinic!

I have been a patient for some years now with Dr. John, who was recommended to me by my mom who was also a patient of Dr. John. We absolutely loved her, but unfortunately she moved. My experience since she moved has been pretty disorganized. Most notably, I was disappointed with my last visit.
