I refinanced my auto loan. I used the website to get an idea of that to expect, and then went into the branch on 98th. They got me quickly, and connected me with a lab officer. Within 15 minutes I was done and by the end of the day the whole process was complete. I'm definitely looking forward to my next big purchase of a home and will definitely be starting with them
