I’m extremely disappointed with the way this law office handled my case, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My initial interactions with intake and the office manager were respectful and professional, and I genuinely appreciated their courtesy. This is the worst law firm ever. My accident happened in January of 2025. I have been given the run around for 11 months. They have consistently switched my case manager without notifying me of change making it super hard to get into contact with anyone about my case. I email and call and can never get a response. Anytime I call my case manager is “not available” and am told they will give me a call back which they never do. I have to call for weeks before I can get in touch with anyone.
