I previously put a review of every problem since I moved in, including my room being absolutely disgusting the day I moved in. After that whole review, the new management called me to offer $20 credit to remove the review since half of my review was before she got there, and she was new and needed time to get everything right. Tonya was super nice! She was very helpful with me and my daughter explaining how student housing works! University Crossing staff alone were welcoming! Vee did our tour and she was a 10/10. We would definitely be leasing here for her fall semester at CSU.

I recently toured a unit at University Crossing in Columbus, GA, and I was genuinely impressed. The management team was very welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. They explained the leasing process clearly and made the whole tour feel comfortable and stress-free.The unit itself was clean, spacious, and well laid out. If you like getting the money this place owes you forget about it. I moved out nine months ago, got a email saying I will be getting my security deposit back and am still waiting! I have called and talked to several people several times. The manager does nor call you back when she says she will not answer the phone when she says to call her back. I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding the unacceptable condition of the unit my younger sister was assigned at your property. She was scheduled to move in on August 5th, 2025, and had already paid her deposit and signed the lease prior to move-in.
