This is a poorly run company. They don't ever fix the repeated problems with the aides providing poor care. And, you can barely understand many of them (English is not their first language). This is a large corporation that only cares about how much money they make. Many other people have these same issues and complaints. The food is way too salty. Nothing ever changes. Avoid.

Weak management, they don't fix any of the problems you bring to their attention. And, it's the same resident council meeting each month, nothing ever changes. Arbor is a large corporation and all they care about are profits for the shareholders. Some of the aides are good, some are terrible. Don't leave your love one in their hands. You will regret it.
Beware of trusting your loved ones to the care of Arbor Company unless your loved one sits quietly in a wheelchair and doesn't require anyone to actually show any compassion. We were recently given the OK to move our loved one into one of their assisted living facilities, and the day she was to move in, we were told they wouldn't accept her. Someone from corporate called to inform us ... it was due to a mistake ... a typo in a document received from the hospital she was being treated at. They used the word "with" instead of ... read more
