Really had a nice experience all around! First time doing any type of testing and the initial female doctor (Sorry, I forgot her name) was reassuring about how simple it would all be get the testings done and Ryan was kind as he finished up my appointment. The staff all around, receptionists included, were all such cordial people.
I was honestly super nervous to come for my first time, but everything from my initial phone call and interaction with the front desk gentleman, to the the testing with Kai and my blood draw with Ryan were so comfortable and informative. Kai was AMAZING, his kindness and willingness to listen to my concerns and offer helpful advice was superior to any other place I've been tested. Everyone was excellent from check in, to James to Ryan who took my blood. One of the best sticks I've ever had. All very friendly, helpful and professional!
I’ve been going to the ACCHC for nearly 2 years now for 3mo testing. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I am pleased to have a supportive and non-judgement team on my side. Easy to make appointments online and convenient location for me. Highly recommend to anyone, especially the LGBTQ2IA+ community. Thanks folks, you’re great! Just make sure you go in the correct door! The main door for the center does have coffee & pharmacy too so really just love what they’re building here.
I often come too get regular testing at this facility and Ryan always makes sure too make the experience better as I don’t like labs. Staff has great energy and always makes me feel welcome.
