I’ve been going to the ACCHC for nearly 2 years now for 3mo testing. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I am pleased to have a supportive and non-judgement team on my side. Easy to make appointments online and convenient location for me. Highly recommend to anyone, especially the LGBTQ2IA+ community. Thanks folks, you’re great! Just make sure you go in the correct door! The main door for the center does have coffee & pharmacy too so really just love what they’re building here.
I had a scare with a partner, got an anon text saying my partner was positive and so I decided to go in to get tested. Kaiju was helping me get my life together and had a guy named James watching him. Wasn’t sure about him being in the room with us but I’m always down for a learning opportunity! James was great at listening and Kaiju KNEW EVERYTHING I needed to feel safe and comfortable with being okay with what my results were. UPDATE: the person who commented below who said they would address my issues NEVERED answered my phone call or called me back, and most of the times this office doesn't answer the phone. Now I'm stuck with a $4000 bill thanks ============= What makes me upset about this whole experience is how easily this office exclaimed that they would take my insurance and then when an issue arises how quickly dismissive they were to me and hands off they were about the problem . . . truly devastating So when there was an issue its jus... read more
Scheduling an appointment doesn’t guarantee you will be seen at all it’s pointless. Had an 11:30 appointment and they never called me back back. There shouldn’t be a 30 minute wait when you take appointments your operation has gone downhill in recent years
I was Very nervous at first but with the help of Acintia and her compassion with understanding every question i had she was able to draw blood and Got Hiv Negative Results in Seconds. She said she has 30 years in this field. I am forever greatful of her and the rest of the medical staff at this clinic. Highly recommended for people looking to get results same day.
