What makes me upset about this whole experience is how easily this office exclaimed that they would take my insurance and then when an issue arises how quickly dismissive they were to me and hands off they were about the problem . . . truly devasating So when there was an issue its just call your insurance... and I had to call 10 times (be annoying ) just to speak to someone who know is going to resolve the issue so you know there is an issue, but you have your front desk person completely dismiss me? thats truly heartbreak... read more
I received some of the warmest and most professional service from this establishment especially from Tiny and Chastity. They were not only very informative and friendly about their policies but expressed genuine care to me! Highly recommend this establishment for those who are interested and I am more than grateful to have gotten expert service from Tiny and Chastity!
It was first ever visit to the clinic and everybody I met was super friendly, caring and did everything to help me as I’m new to Nevada and don’t know much about the healthcare system here. Thank you so much to the following staff who ensured I will be taken care of and giving me hope, Gabriel, Emily, Tiny and Juan.
