I’ve been going to the ACCHC for nearly 2 years now for 3mo testing. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I am pleased to have a supportive and non-judgement team on my side. Easy to make appointments online and convenient location for me. Highly recommend to anyone, especially the LGBTQ2IA+ community. Thanks folks, you’re great! Just make sure you go in the correct door! The main door for the center does have coffee & pharmacy too so really just love what they’re building here.
I was Very nervous at first but with the help of Acintia and her compassion with understanding every question i had she was able to draw blood and Got Hiv Negative Results in Seconds. She said she has 30 years in this field. I am forever greatful of her and the rest of the medical staff at this clinic. Highly recommended for people looking to get results same day.
This is my second time to the center for testing. Thank goodness that they have this available for our community.Acenthea was very helpful and very kind. It was a pleasure meeting her as well as everybody at the center. Thank you.
UPDATE: the person who commented below who said they would address my issues NEVERED answered my phone call or called me back, and most of the times this office doesn't answer the phone. Now I'm stuck with a $4000 bill thanks ============= What makes me upset about this whole experience is how easily this office exclaimed that they would take my insurance and then when an issue arises how quickly dismissive they were to me and hands off they were about the problem . . . truly devastating So when there was an issue its jus... read more
Twice now I've been told that the appointment that I had scheduled at 11:40 was scheduled for an earlier time and I was therefore late and turned away. This time I arrived at 11:45 AM and was only five minutes late but was told that my appointment was at 11:30 and to come back at 1 due to a 12 PM meeting that they didn't know about This is twice now I've wasted a 30 minute drive out here both ways. The people at the Center are nice so this is disappointing
