I’ve been going to the ACCHC for nearly 2 years now for 3mo testing. Everyone has been very kind and helpful. I am pleased to have a supportive and non-judgement team on my side. Easy to make appointments online and convenient location for me. Highly recommend to anyone, especially the LGBTQ2IA+ community. Thanks folks, you’re great! Just make sure you go in the correct door! The main door for the center does have coffee & pharmacy too so really just love what they’re building here.
Everyone was excellent from check in, to James to Ryan who took my blood. One of the best sticks I've ever had. All very friendly, helpful and professional!
I often come too get regular testing at this facility and Ryan always makes sure too make the experience better as I don’t like labs. Staff has great energy and always makes me feel welcome.
I had a scare with a partner, got an anon text saying my partner was positive and so I decided to go in to get tested. Kaiju was helping me get my life together and had a guy named James watching him. Wasn’t sure about him being in the room with us but I’m always down for a learning opportunity! James was great at listening and Kaiju KNEW EVERYTHING I needed to feel safe and comfortable with being okay with what my results were. I needed a needle disposal center to drop off my mom's and mine container. This establishment has a blue bin that sits outside the doors for what needed. It was safe secure and the staff was super kind to answer silly question about the blue bin just to make sure it was okay for public disposal. I appreciate it.
