Billy is the man! I had an issue with my microwave and he fixed it immediately. Excellent service. He is a keeper!
Please do not live here; find another place. I could write out a whole list of explanations of just the first 10 reasons why this place should be avoided. However, the possibility of seeing a response from them trying to deny and undermine what are common experiences from the people who live at this complex would cause a lot of additional frustration and anger. Therefore, with whatever ounce of power this small review has to sway your future choice of home — do not live here.

the apartments itself are nice enough (when things work, i’ve logged 16 maintenance requests and some things i’ve just fixed myself, my apartment also flooded, since moving in 7 months ago) it’s close to a shopping center which is convenient but other than that I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. the amount of rules is insane and they keep coming every week so look forward to that (you can’t even keep your own bike on your balcony). definitely the most dull, boring apartment atmosphere that i’ve ever been around. Hi Drew! Thanks for your feedback. Since new ownership took over in January 2021, we have not done any renovations. We do fix apartments and replace carpet often during a turn, but that is just a standard practice. I don't know where you heard we were, but it's not true. Our residents carry renters insurance to cover hotel costs when they are displaced. Although we don't have a legal obligation to cover the costs, we did so as a good customer service gesture. This complex recently got a new manager. Since then, they've been caught in lie after lie. They tried to say they can't turn AC units on until a certain date in May (referencing a law that applies to things like schools or office buildings) - each apartment has its own heating/ac unit that CAN be switched on individually. Maintenance takes days (sometimes WEEKS) to complete even basic requests. They put in the LEAST amount of effort and lie about having fixed issues - requiring multiple requests for the same issue. Great place to live in, like the maintenance guy name inayat who is super professional and quite skilled. had a problem with my drain pipe, he took his time to make sure that it was not only fixed but also fixed the root cause of it. overall good experience with their staff and living. thanks for the better services.
