I was very excited when i ordered my knife, the bamboo guy was extremely polite and kind. Even offered me a free paring knife when i picked up my order. The knives cut beautifully and my toddler says their beautiful everytime i use one 😂 shes right, they are very beautiful knives

A beautiful and wickedly sharp knife. As with any really sharp knife you need to know proper technique. It has nice balance, and a beautiful Damascus forged blade. The santoku style is perfect for all around kitchen work. This knife is made in China, but that is the reason that it is affordable.
The blade of the knives is awesome cut very nice and seem to stay sharp . My only complaint is is wear the handle meets the blade the wood has sharp points that poke you when cutting,with a finger or thumb on back of blade,I keep thinking I should sand smooth the points but I don't want to disfigure the beautiful handle anyway I LOVE my knife set and use everyday thanks ROB
I bought a 7 inch 3 layer Damascus santoku with a hex handle, which doesn't seem to be available anymore, for one of my cooks. She loves it and is comparable to my personal santoku (of a more expensive brand). It shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition with a razor's edge. That's two satisfied customers from one purchase. I'm definitely checking The Bamboo Guy the next time I need a work or home knife.
