Took my dog to them while I went out of town. I called to check on him and they were very nice and made me comfortable. I stopped calling by end of 2nd day. I will be using them again in the future, thanks for everything!!!

I took my dog to The Barkley because I’d heard it was a very hands on pampering pet facility. My dog is very friendly but afraid of every sound and loud movements. I watched him on the video cam and all the dogs in his area was his size and the associates were so gentle and kind with him that he went to them easily. I was overjoyed! Now I can plan a vacation knowing that he’ll be receiving A++ care.

the whole process was great from beginning to end my dog goes there for camp&over night stays they are the best.

The Barkley hotel went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did I warn them and tell them one of my dogs is a rescue and very timid and may snap, the girls worked with her and got her to trust them in no time. Being overprotective myself over my dogs, I never felt rushed with all my questions and any concerns before, during and after their 8 day stay while I was on vacation. They even sent me a pic.
