We had a wonderful experience with The Basement Sanctuary. The team was steadfast in their approach and provided everything we would ever want. Note: One of the many advantages of going with them, is you dont need to shop outside of their services for stuff like showerheads, tile, vanitys etc. Its like going into a new home build design center. The Basement Sanctuary just finished our basement and we were blown away by the customer service, timeline, quality and price of what we got. Jason's communication was very quick from the moment we reached out. Within a week, he came over to get measurement, created a drawing and modified it for our needs. I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review to determine if I would still love my basement. I do! Jason and David were extraordinary to work with, providing the design and craftsmanship that my family adores. I especially appreciated the great organization between the teams. We recently hired The Basement Sanctuary to finish our basement and absolutely love our new space! From start to finish, Jason and David took the time to address our concerns and worked with us to get the job done. The whole process was unobtrusive because all laborers entered and left the basement through the windows.
