From the moment I walked in I received friendly and professional care. Every staff member was top notch. I felt heard and seen during my entire visit. I hope I don’t have to visit ever again but this was a quick and efficient visit.
Two of the receptionists are deeply homophobic. How do I know? I had to listen to their disgusting conversation about one of their co-workers while I was filling out the new patient paperwork. Their words were so vile and rude that I left before I could even complete the paperwork. I went there for care, not bigotry and judgement. I feel so sorry for their co-worker; they started talking about him as soon as he left the room.
Im from out of town , googled urgent care near me, went here, had a quick and great experience from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the nurse practitioner. All around great experience!!
I came in with a cut in my hand due to a domestic accident and the nurses saw me extremely quickly and were very attentive, calming me down and explaining the what they were doing and why. I was extremely pleased with the experience.
I have been to BRC-UC on two occasions. Each time I went I have had different employees help me. Both occasions the care was excellent! From the time that I walked in the door, until the time that I exited the facility. The staff is very friendly, and most importantly they have listened to my concerns.
