I toured this property yesterday with Denise. She provided great communication with me before I visited, which helped even more once she gave me a tour. She showed me the unit that I wanted & provided me with everything on the property & fees. She was amazing! A beautiful property that is convenient to many things around, along with a nice strip of food. Love the dog park! I look forward to moving here & will provide new updates.
The apartment itself is decent, the community manager is very nice and attentive. Unfortunately I’ve been having a lot of difficulties with the maintenance staff here since I moved in this year February. There’s sulphuric smell in the water and it’s been confirmed I’m not the only one facing this issue. I had called the maintenance staff 3 times to fix the issue. Update: March 2025: I can’t say enough great things about Deon, Jennifer and Denise at The Beacon Apartments! I recently had a plumbing issue and submitted a service request — within 10 minutes, Deon was at my door, quickly fixed the problem, and left everything clean and tidy. I truly appreciate that level of professionalism and care. I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention Jennifer, the office manager and Denise . Only reason I’m leaving is the availability for a two bedroom with a pool view: ( I have nothing bad to say. It is quiet, peaceful, great management. Even the trash room smells clean! I would definitely live here again if something opens up!
Rachel was amazing!! I absolutely loved our tour!! We have been in the market for a while, and we really almost pushed the button from her energy alone! There is something to say about good customer service!! The rooms were a bit small for all of our stuff, but this is definitely a contender.
