Rachel was amazing!! I absolutely loved our tour!! We have been in the market for a while, and we really almost pushed the button from her energy alone! There is something to say about good customer service!! The rooms were a bit small for all of our stuff, but this is definitely a contender.
Update: March 2025: I can’t say enough great things about Deon, Jennifer and Denise at The Beacon Apartments! I recently had a plumbing issue and submitted a service request — within 10 minutes, Deon was at my door, quickly fixed the problem, and left everything clean and tidy. I truly appreciate that level of professionalism and care. I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention Jennifer, the office manager and Denise . The Service Manager Jennifer was amazing. She took care of what I requested in a timely manner. You can tell she enjoys helping her residents out with anything that is needed. Thank you to her and the entire leasing team. Love The Beacon!
Beacon Square is a wonderful community. The staff, from leasing agents to property management to the maintenance team, are absolutely amazing. The ladies in the leasing office always go above and beyond to help residents and are just so kind and compassionate to every person who enters. The maintenance team are so respectful and professional. Beacon is a friendly and happy place to reside. A true sense of community and a place with beautiful amenities and close to so stores/restaurants to make daily life easy and enjoyable.
Review is based solely on my leasing experience of lack there of. My advise to leasing agents, when potential renters come in wanting a tour, information etc don’t judge a book by its cover. We came in wanting to potentially tour. Unbeknownst to them I had already called on 2/27 about visiting this weekend and touring. Not only that but before she even greeted us she looked us up and down like we didn’t belong.
