I will start by saying. This property is well deserved. I’ll start with the staff. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Whenever I had a question. Someone was there with an answer. Maintenance: was just as great. Did not have any issues. My air unit needed maintenance When I tell that immediately on the very next day they came and fixed it. I mean it! Hi, I am really happy and comfortable with my new home. I relocated from NC to TX and I didn't even had tour of the apartment, just trusted and signed up for an apartment leasing. Ms.Yaris is so kind and helpful and she made me comfortable throughout the leasing process and after entering into the apartment. She always makes sure that everything is best for the tenants. Thank you so much Ms.Morgan and Ms.Jeni for seamless process. I am expecting long time journey with this wonderful apartment.

One of the best place to live with friendly neighbors, but the worst possible management office and staffs. They take more than a month to fix washer dryer and say, ‘We are not entitled to fix them, we have just given those utilities for free and your rent doesn’t cover them.’ They charge almost double water and sewer charge for apartments randomly while other apartments of same layout pay half with same number of tenants. Pool is closed most of the times and heard that they have closed the gym for some silly reason.

There are lot of snakes are roaming around the community and we are scared to come out of our homes. When you compare snakes count are higher than the residents and we have informed the leasing office about snakes and no action has been taken so far. Maingate isn't working for longtime, requesting management to take necessary action for residents safety. Thank you!

Tenants are not felling safe in this community. Especially families with small kids. Everyone expressing no proper action from apartment management on wild snakes and wild animals intrusion into apartment units and corridors. 311, customer care clearly mentioned its apartment management responsibility for wild animals in a private property.
