I am living here for more than 4 years and it's good. I like the neighborhood and the facilities. The management staffs are good and are very prompt on addressing any concerns. Staffs are very friendly especially the maintenance staff Roger Garcia is too friendly and helps to fix the issues immediately. He is too kind and completes the work neatly.
The apartment and its management provide the worst service imaginable. Even after you leave, they attempt to extract more money under the guise of maintenance or damage charges. Beware: despite submitting a checklist detailing existing issues upon move-in, they refuse to address these, allowing them to worsen and then charging you for them later. I love living here. All the BLVD staff is like family and the amenities are in good condition. I get my maintenance requests served within an acceptable time based on the urgency. Great location for shopping, dining and schools (plus you have a lot of Hospitals in the area). Good job BLVD Team.
Swimming pool is closed, No clue for repair by Mgmt. Raised the service request and are pending for days. They are only resolved immediately on ask basis. Lot of confusion and very frustrating to see they charged high relieving fees by others comments. Deeply concerning.
Worst apartment worst service they try “loot” your money after you leave the apartment as well in the name of maintenance charges or damages charges beware .even though you submit checklist with your findings after move in .that existing damages causes new damages they won’t fix both you will charged at end for damages .
