I had a excellent experience at the Boat House here in Naples. They had the perfect boat for my wife and I in stock and we couldn't be happier & more excited. I bought a Soortsman 302 here. Derek Van Kluyve, the sales person I worked with, is fantastic. I'm new to offshore boats and he has been so helpful. He came out and spent several hours with me when the boat was delivered. Four months later he still picks up on the first ring almost anytime I call with a question. I had a lot of work done on my boat here with AJ and Gus in service. Having never met them before and not living in FL, I was concerned that the work on my boat would be done as I’d expect. These guys did an exceptional job! I had helm rewiring done, autopilot installed, and maintenance on my engines. The first trip out, we ran 120 miles to the dry tortugas and back in one day. It was rough and the boat performed phenomenally. I trust these them and you should too!
What a turnaround Jeremy has been able to do there. The service was superb! Dealing with Ron is excellent! The communication with both him and his tech who came out to my boat was amazing. I would love to hire them to come to my office and see if they can turn that around. I am very impressed with the quality of the service and I would highly recommend them to my friends and colleagues
