Hi, Hilary. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
I have been a Site Supervisor at 1001 Pine Street for over 11 years and have worked with several property management companies during that time. Hi, Eric. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
I’ve worked with The Bohan Company and Joe Gasca on a couple of repairs, and they have been a great team to work with. They are responsive, professional, and complete their work in a timely manner. I also had the opportunity to meet one of their vendors, Christian M., who handled the job efficiently. The team was accommodating, and the work was done cleanly and professionally. I felt confident trusting their work and am very happy with the results. Thank you for your excellent service! I highly recommend them.

Hi, Sonia. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
Very responsive and trustworthy. Worked with Joe Gasca and Christian Monterroso, one of their vendors, who provided a quick assessment and fair estimate of the work that needed to be done at my place. Throughout the process, I had some inquiries and both Joe Gasca and Christian Monterroso were supportive and readily available. Highly recommended the Bohan Company!
