I moved into The Bottling Plant with high expectations because I had close friends who lived here in the past and absolutely loved the community, but unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have lived here for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. It’s a new building so it is quiet and very clean. Linda and Joe are so kind and quick to help with anything and everything I need. They always greet my dog happily with a treat and a pet, so she loves it here too. Having Rose Hill Manor as my backyard is the best part—being able to just go on a peaceful walk on that path when I get home from work makes my days so much better. We moved into the Bottling Plant 3 months ago and could not be happier with our decision! When we first toured the building with Linda, she was so nice and friendly and made us feel like we were already home. We love the amenities, how nice the apartments are, and how friendly everyone is. My wife and I love grabbing a coffee from the lobby and going for a walk through the beautiful park right in the back yard!
