What was the brow technician thinking?? My daughter has gone to this salon several times for threading, with good results typically. Today, she returned home with severely thinned lateral edges to her brows, and stray hairs still left on on lower edges of both brows. Terrible job, and distressed daughter.... not a good combo!
I’m not one to leave reviews (particularly not good ones) but I am really disappointed about how my brows turned out and I came to this place because of the good reviews, so here it goes. My brows are extremely thin and not even symmetrical now, even though I specified I liked the shape as it was and just needed to clean my them up and trim them a little. Absolutely loved my experience at this salon! I’ve been to quite a few places around Los Angeles, but this one really stood out. Brenda was so warm and welcoming—she made me feel totally at ease during my Brazilian waxing service, which isn’t always the most comfortable, so I really appreciated that. She was quick, gentle, and super professional. I also had a lash lift and brow waxing done, and both turned out amazing.
