I was having difficulty opening a closet door. So I put a maintenance request in. Within 10 minutes of the request being sent in. One of the maintenance men “ Genti” Was already knocking on the door. Had everything he needed and finish the door so quick. Anytime I have a maintenance problem I’m not worried about it now . Quick fix
I lived at the Bush Temple for 3 years. The apartments are really nicely maintained and impeccably designed. Maintenance staff are available everyday on site and super helpful. Most important, one of the leasing agents Cherokee is in the building everyday and is incredibly helpful! She really cares about the residents who live in the building and does her best to make the BT feel like home. If you set up a tour, make sure to ask for Cherokee!
Loved living here! All the staff were amazing and Val was the best property manager I've ever had; she is so friendly and knows everyone by name. She truly goes above and beyond, which is so rare! Head of maintenance Tony was also super responsive and professional and took care of things very well! Will miss this place
The staff is amazing and the location is great. Close to everything and anything so you walk anywhere. Love the rooftop pool, modern community room and incredible views from the lounge deck. Bush temple is a historic building so when you walk in, you get that old Chicago spirit vibe ! Special mention to the mgmt five star n door residential staff superb 5 star too! They are the cherry on top making u feel safe and part of their community !
My husband and I toured Bush Temple recently and was going to live there but ultimately decided against it. Pros: The building itself is lovely, albeit old, but we love the older buildings. Lots of personality and doesn't smell like other old buildings. The outdoor space upstairs is nice - though I wish there was some shade near the pool, not a big deal.
