Great Building with all the creature comforts/ rooftop pool/ large gym/amenities floor, a complete package for downtown River North living. Quiet, very cozy and clean. You can choose from either of their 2 properties, The more classic Bush Temple residences or the more modern Bush Temple tower. The choice is yours. BushTemple Flats is such a unique living experience. I love it. Bena and Cherokee are amazing concierges. Their presence and care for the residents is one of the main reasons I have lived here for 5 yrs. And Val the property manager is always planning amazing things for the residents. The Flats is home.
Valerie, all the door staff, and the entire maintenance crew are some of the best people ever. I loved living here. Will definitely consider coming back anytime I have a lease to renew.
Move in was smooth, unit was clean as well. Most of the front desk staff is very friendly, notably Val is lovely to run into in the lobby. Staff labels your packages which is nice and overall positive building upkeep and feels safe. The oven in my unit is a little finicky to use, very minor!
One of the best apartment management teams that I’ve ever had. Val, Cherakee, and the rest of the staff are super welcoming and helpful to answer any questions you may have when touring and moving in. They will guide you to the correct location regarding where everything (mailbox, moving cart, etc) is. The maintenance staff is also on top of their game.
