Moving across the country into an apartment sight unseen can be a really daunting experience, however after working with Cherakee (she’s phenomenal) she really helped me feel comfortable and made the decision to choose Bush Tempe an easy one! The apartment is a small but super functional space. The amenities are amazing! Can’t wait for summer to use the pool and rooftop and enjoy the amazing views!!!
I love living at the Bush Temple for the past 2 years! I live on the Tower side which has beautiful finishes, floor to ceiling windows, urban aesthetic, durable appliances, luxury rain shower, and in unit washer dryer! My apartment also has a walk in closet plus coat closet! It’s a smaller space but the layout is so well done that it fits furniture nicely and I have a good amount of storage. I was having difficulty opening a closet door. So I put a maintenance request in. Within 10 minutes of the request being sent in. One of the maintenance men “ Genti” Was already knocking on the door. Had everything he needed and finish the door so quick. Anytime I have a maintenance problem I’m not worried about it now . Quick fix
I lived at the Bush Temple for 3 years. The apartments are really nicely maintained and impeccably designed. Maintenance staff are available everyday on site and super helpful. Most important, one of the leasing agents Cherokee is in the building everyday and is incredibly helpful! She really cares about the residents who live in the building and does her best to make the BT feel like home. If you set up a tour, make sure to ask for Cherokee!
Loved living here! All the staff were amazing and Val was the best property manager I've ever had; she is so friendly and knows everyone by name. She truly goes above and beyond, which is so rare! Head of maintenance Tony was also super responsive and professional and took care of things very well! Will miss this place
