Be very careful before choosing to be a resident here. My daughter was set on these apartments, visited multiple times and we constantly got the run around about different units, price changing by the day, and the leasing agents did not have full knowledge of the building while the property manager told my daughter that at the time they only had 40 units available. We have lived at the Caroline for a couple of weeks now. I love living here. The leasing and move-in process was a breeze, and the staff was very responsive to all our questions. The clubhouse has such a cool throwback, industrial vibe: exposed brick, moody lighting, and vintage touches that make it feel unique instead of cookie-cutter. The fitness center is seriously impressive too, with great equipment and more than enough space to get a full workout in. We moved into this brand new property last week. Move in process was easy. Love the unit design, clubhouse, the gym is amazing as the cardio and weight rooms are separated, the business lounge is huge and has a bunch of rooms for conference calls and meetings. We were told the pool opens next week.
Had a wonderful experience with The Caroline. From my first visit, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. There was no pressure at all, just helpful answers whenever I had questions. The community itself feels fresh and well kept, and the finishes in the apartments really stood out to me. It's clear a lot of thought went into the layout and the shared spaces. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking in the West Dallas area. Really glad I chose this place!
