The appointments are much as expected bc of the competition. The engineering aspect is great, such as a little fan that runs at slow speed to draw filtered fresh air from outside to keep the interior fresh. However, this same feature introduces the worst counter effect on units in the other half where the BBQ pits are. Smoke is drawn into units. People with asthma like myself will be miserable and relying on inhalers to get through. But the worst part is finance. Payments sometimes are not updated in the portal, resulting in... read more

You've renewed twice with us in your same apartment so we were under the impression that you were happy with the apartment you chose. Please feel free to come by/call the office to discuss further.
