Dealing with Kayla at the Cartwright Apartments was an amazing experience. She was really kind, professional, and informed about the property and the leasing procedure from the moment we walked in. Kayla went above and beyond to make sure we had all the answers to our questions and that the procedure was comfortable for us. To be completely transparent, we were a little bit hesitant after seeing such mixed reviews but after having our own experience, I’m a bit confused at some of the negative ones. Here’s my experience so far: We drove to the apartment in person, immediately sat down with Kayla and went over our needs and their availability. $2700 torture chamber I really tried to enjoy living here but I actually dread coming back here every night. If I could go back in time and move to the Camden I would. Its the upstairs neighbor stomping so hard that the dishes in your cabinet shakes, it is people partying in the clubhouse (understandable), but you can hear people just speaking normally and even playing pool with all the windows closed. This property is in a great, quiet location, away from main street traffic noise. The units are more spacious compared to other apartments, and the pricing is reasonable. The garage is roomy, with non-compact parking spaces and plenty of EV charging stations. With lifts on all sides of the building, the walk to each unit is short and easy. Customer service is excellent, especially with Kayla, who is always helpful, patient, and communicative.
I recently moved into this apartment complex, and the experience has been fantastic, largely thanks to Kayla, the exceptional manager. Kayla played a huge role in me moving here.
