Dr. Mark Nyce is a wonderful doctor and a very caring person. During regular visits, he takes the time to listen, explain everything thoroughly, and go over any concerns in a thoughtful and personal way. I truly appreciate how attentive and kind he is with his patients. I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with Dr. Nyce, and I was very grateful for the excellent care I received. Beware! Multiple issues with scheduling and billing. A screener with little medical knowledge, refused to schedule my procedure but instead made an unnecessary appointment for a "medical evaluation". He also refused to connect me with a nurse/manager/anyone with some medical knowledge. I contacted someone I knew at the center who then had someone with medical knowledge call me. This is for Marilyn. I really appreciate Dr Duckworth, the staff, and the work they do at the Center for Digestive n Liver Health, Sav’h from check-in to time for procedure. My visit today and always is so smooth. Their set-up to get procedures done is at an excellent level. Most of all, they are all pleasant, in taking care of you (their patients), til they walk them out to their family members waiting in car after things are over. I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr Murphy and his team. From check-in to recovery everyone was professional, kind, and reassuring. The nursing staff made me feel completely comfortable and well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
This was my first time getting a procedure done here at the center. I was greeted with a welcome smile from the receptionist Julia. The pre-op Ms. Molly was so wonderful, she really helped me calm my nerves. Her energy was amazing. Dr. Ackerman & the procedure team Kim, Anesthesia & Jessica. Talk me through everything that helped me relax even more. Nothing but good vibes. My procedure was short , and I truly don't remember much of anything. It was painless. Thank you Ms.Melissa for addressing all of my discharge needs.
