Our daughter required pretty involved dental work at a young age. We have required follow up a few times, due to the nature of her teeth - not the care. They always accelerate our schedule and get us in quickly. This team has been fantastic and Dr.Masse is amazing! So grateful!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Masse during my son's dental surgery. She was kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. My son was very anxious, but Dr. Masse and her caring team helped him feel calm and ready. He went into anesthesia smiling and relaxed. I'm very thankful for their excellent care
I have been a client with The Children's Dental Centre for 10 years and I have always thought that they were a competent group of Dentist. Since my son no longer needed Paediatric care once he turned 13. I told the Children's Dental Centre that he would be moving to a regular Dentist. Upon hearing that they insisted that he have his teeth protected with a sealant prior to moving to our family Dentist, as this was delicate work. The estimated cost was $1200.00. Took my 3 year old daughter here for a check up and was told that (i) she had 7 cavities, needing AT LEAST 3 CROWNS (they would not do any fillings), (ii) a potential FRONT TOOTH REMOVAL (it has visible big cavity) leaving an open gap in her mouth until her new teeth came in, and (iii) she would have to be put to sleep in order to fix her teeth because it cannot be fixed while she is awake. Before we moved 200km away my two children were patients at The Children's Dental Centre and they absolutely LOVED going for their check-ups. So much so, that we would plan to arrive 30 minutes early so they could play in the beautiful and clean playroom situated next to the waiting room.
