The way they let these children scream and cry. If you don't believe in the crying it out method this is not the place for you. I work in the same building and hear the way these children are screaming and crying every single time I use the bathroom. It is traumatizing. I was so excited that there was a daycare in the building as I have a toddler but I'd never bring my child here.
