Awesome experience, no other way to describe it. Adrian was on-time, was experienced in chimney operation and took the time to explain to us in detail all the things he was doing in the cleaning and inspection. We switched from gas logs to wood and he gave us real life experiences with each. Could not be happier with the service and the results. Will 100% have them out again for a cleaning and inspection.
We had a great experience with Fred from The Chimney Sweep. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in regard to all our fireplace needs, and he gave us great information about gas logs, too.
