Adrian Brooker was timely, thorough, and patient in assessing and explaining the problem with our gas fireplace. Adrian replaced the broken switch that prevented the main burner from working properly. He also refilled the timbers to enhance the look of the fireplace. Adrian is the only technician at Chimney Sweep who is knowledgeable about gas fireplaces, and we highly recommend him.
I had a great experience with the chimney sweep…called them because I was missing the cap on my chimney so I was getting water inside when it rained. They easily could have told me I needed it cleaned out and needed repair on my flue hatch…but they were honest and professional and only did the work that was needed. The Chimney Sweeps quote request was simple and responsive. They came out right before a cold snap hit, and made sure my fireplace was ready to go. Also found a small gas leak that my starter gas line had. Great service I highly recommend them.
Making appt was easy. Chimney Sweep was professional, on time, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, respectful in communications & of our property.
