Making appt was easy. Chimney Sweep was professional, on time, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, respectful in communications & of our property. He cleaned the very filthy chimney of the house we just moved into; inspected the outside & inside structure of chimney; gave recommendations for fixing crumbling bricks & missing mortar as well as some options for what we wanted to consider changing in our chimney. Adrian Brooker was timely, thorough, and patient in assessing and explaining the problem with our gas fireplace. Adrian replaced the broken switch that prevented the main burner from working properly. He also refilled the timbers to enhance the look of the fireplace. Adrian is the only technician at Chimney Sweep who is knowledgeable about gas fireplaces, and we highly recommend him.
The Chimney Sweep team is very professional, proficient, and considerate of your property. They stand behind their work, and provide a lifetime warranty on most of the products they sell. I highly recommend them any Fire Place/Chimney work you need.

I do not typically leave bad reviews and a year ago, I was recommending chimney sweep to friends and family. I have four different houses Chimney sweep has worked on over the years and two of them I did COMPLETE redo of the chimneys in last 1.5yrs. one all new wood siding and metal cap and the other all new brick and metal cap- expensive work.
