I recently moved into The Chloe and had a great move in experience working with Ruth, my leasing agent. She was very responsive - any time I had a question, she got back to me quickly with clear, helpful answers. As for the apartment itself—so far it’s peaceful and quiet. Very nice apartment complex, new, quiet, peaceful, the courtyards are beautiful and the apartments as well. Every layout has a spacious outside area or balcony. Prices are high though. If they lower prices a bit it’ll get a lot more attention.

I recently toured the Chloe with Leasing Agent Ruth. Ruth is very knowledgeable of the property and the history of items located within the property. Ruth is very professional, upbeat, kind, and helpful. The property is stunning yet reasonably priced, with all the amenities. The Chloe's location is perfect.
