Very nice apartment complex, new, quiet, peaceful, the courtyards are beautiful and the apartments as well. Every layout has a spacious outside area or balcony. Prices are high though. If they lower prices a bit it’ll get a lot more attention.
I recently toured the Chloe with Leasing Agent Ruth. Ruth is very knowledgeable of the property and the history of items located within the property. Ruth is very professional, upbeat, kind, and helpful. The property is stunning yet reasonably priced, with all the amenities. The Chloe's location is perfect. Touring the Chloe was nothing short of a very pleasant experience. Ruth is so kind, attentive and so knowledgeable! After bad experiences with apartment complexes Ruth makes you feel heard and understood. Her alone makes me want to live there. Of course the property is beautiful and no detail was missed!
The Chloe property is beautiful both inside and out. From my spacious apartment unit to the excellent amenities, you’ll fall in love with this place. The leasing agent, Ruth, was very attentive and made sure that Chloe feels like home. She is nice and very professional, assisting me every step of the way during my move into the apartment.
We are new residents and absolutely love it! Not only does our home have a gorgeous balcony, but the complex has amazing pools and clubhouse areas. Vanessa was such a professional, helping us with all the lease information and showing us our new home on move-in day. Definitely five stars!!
