I had an excellent experience touring The Chloe today. The community is stunning, with spacious layouts and a very upscale feel. Ruth, the leasing agent who assisted me, was outstanding-professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable. Great customer service and a beautiful property overall. I’m a Hudson resident for over 8 years. This property by far is the best Billingsley property I’ve ever seen. Ask for Ruth! She’s the best!
Maintenance has been consistently excellent. They respond quickly, communicate well, and are always pleasant to work with. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job, and the complex itself is kept very clean. I also want to highlight Trevor in the front office, who has been especially reliable since Tiffany left. I had the pleasure of working with Rahquelle while apartment hunting for a close friend/colleague, and her warmth and professionalism truly set her apart. I recently moved into The Chloe and had a great move in experience working with Ruth, my leasing agent. She was very responsive - any time I had a question, she got back to me quickly with clear, helpful answers. As for the apartment itself—so far it’s peaceful and quiet. I’ve lived at The Chloe a few months now and cannot recommend it enough! The units are spacious, the balconies/patios are huge, and the property is beautiful! The pool, fitness room, and clubhouse are all impeccable and very up to date. My favorite part may seem small but if you’re a dog owner, you understand: the majority of the complex is blocked off to vehicles so you can walk your dog without any concern about cars.
