I had an excellent experience touring The Chloe today. The community is stunning, with spacious layouts and a very upscale feel. Ruth, the leasing agent who assisted me, was outstanding-professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining everything and made me feel very comfortable. Great customer service and a beautiful property overall. I’m a Hudson resident for over 8 years. This property by far is the best Billingsley property I’ve ever seen. Ask for Ruth! She’s the best!
Maintenance has been consistently excellent. They respond quickly, communicate well, and are always pleasant to work with. The cleaning crew does a wonderful job, and the complex itself is kept very clean. I also want to highlight Trevor in the front office, who has been especially reliable since Tiffany left. His follow-through has truly stood out. We have dealt with a number of concerns during our time here under previous management. For a while, it felt like these concerns weren’t being taken seriously. Rahqelle is extremely smart, kind, & is one of the most genuine professionals I have come across. She has been patient & attentive with me as I have exhausted all options (indecisive on floor plans, multiple visits). She never pushed or rushed me, while also being extremely responsive- even during an ice storm! You can tell she cares about the people she serves, which is rare in this day & age. I recently moved into The Chloe and had a great move in experience working with Ruth, my leasing agent. She was very responsive - any time I had a question, she got back to me quickly with clear, helpful answers. As for the apartment itself—so far it’s peaceful and quiet.
