Very nice apartment complex, new, quiet, peaceful, the courtyards are beautiful and the apartments as well. Every layout has a spacious outside area or balcony. Prices are high though. If they lower prices a bit it’ll get a lot more attention.
This is lengthy, but I hope you read anyway. May stop you from wasting your time. I wanted to leave a positive review, but after my most recent experience with the Chloe, I’m afraid my review will not be as positive as I’d hoped. I recently toured the Chloe with Leasing Agent Ruth. Ruth is very knowledgeable of the property and the history of items located within the property. Ruth is very professional, upbeat, kind, and helpful. The property is stunning yet reasonably priced, with all the amenities. The Chloe's location is perfect. Surrounded by some lush greenery along with a few restaurants and coffee house across the street. Freeways are close, but far enough away, too.
