Moving from California was a big deal and so happy I found The Chloe. The office staff was helpful and patient with all my emails, phone calls and questions, even going so as sending me videos of available options. Looking forward to the weather warming up and getting to say hi to my neighbors.
Constant fire alarm testing is a nightmare. This has been going on and off for weeks, throughout the day. At this point we don’t know what is a test and what is real anymore and they don’t have seem to get a grip on this matter. This is torture for pets and human beings living in this community. The gym is so tiny and I wonder how that is going to work when the community is at full capacity. Does not have a dog park. From the moment I first toured I immediately fell in love with this property! What made me want to call this place home though was Tiffany! After touring countless properties around DFW Tiffany is what made The Chloe stand out for me. She is professional while also being down to earth, transparent, genuine, and communicative! Johnathan is a great service technician and super personable! He gets the job done timely and keeps you well informed throughout the entire process. He is fantastic.
